Resell Monitor (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) is a web monitoring tool that watches listings on Vinted for keywords you choose, uses an AI model to produce resale value estimates, and delivers alerts through webhooks to Telegram or Discord when a listing clears the thresholds you set. It also includes tools for saving listings and manually logging purchases and sales to track your own realized profit.
Resell Monitor is strictly independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by Vinted, eBay, Depop, or any other marketplace referenced within the Service. You are responsible for complying with the terms of use of any marketplace you buy or sell on.
All resale values, profit margins, and buy/pass signals produced by the Service are automated AI estimates based on incomplete public listing information (a listing’s text and photos). This output does not constitute financial or investment advice, and is not a guarantee of resale value, item condition, or authenticity. You are solely responsible for any decision to purchase or resell an item.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Service. You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity under your account.
You agree not to share or sub-license your account access, and not to scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to extract the Service’s internal APIs, keyword-matching system, or valuation model through automated means.
All software, AI models, trademarks, and generated analytical output provided through the Service are the exclusive intellectual property of Resell Monitor. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use that output for your own personal resale evaluation purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the output to build a competing dataset or service.
New accounts start on a 3-day free trial with reduced limits, including restrictions on watching very high-volume brands. Continued access after the trial requires an active paid subscription (“Basic”), billed monthly in advance and processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled.
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable local law. We never see or store your full card details — payment is handled entirely by Stripe.
We may adjust subscription pricing. Any price change will be communicated to you by email or an in-app notification at least 30 days before it takes effect on your next billing cycle.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union: by subscribing, you request that digital service performance begin immediately, and you acknowledge and agree that you thereby waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once that performance has begun, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
The Service depends on public data from third-party marketplaces that we do not control. Marketplace anti-bot measures, IP rate limits, or changes to a marketplace’s own platform can interrupt or degrade the Service at any time. Temporary unavailability or degradation caused by these third-party factors is not a breach of these terms and does not by itself entitle you to a refund.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Resell Monitor harmless from any claim, penalty, or liability arising from your own actions on a third-party marketplace, including any action taken against your marketplace account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used abusively, including to protect the shared infrastructure other users rely on.
Upon cancellation or termination of your account, we reserve the right to delete your saved listings, watched keywords, and profit-tracker records after 90 days of account inactivity. See our Privacy Policy for how this applies to your data more generally.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, or lost-profit damages, including trading, investment, or resale losses of any kind.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence if you are an EU consumer.
