Account data: email address and your Vinted market/region. Your password is managed entirely by our authentication provider, Supabase — we never see or store it in plaintext.
Payment data: handled by Stripe, our payment processor. We receive and store only Stripe’s customer/subscription identifiers, your billing country (used to determine applicable tax), and billing status — never your full card number.
Notification data: if you connect them, your Telegram chat ID or the Discord webhook URL you provide, used only to deliver your alerts.
Listing data: public listing metadata (titles, prices, brands, condition notes, and photos) parsed from the marketplaces you watch, used to generate a valuation for each match.
Data you provide directly: your alert thresholds, saved listings, and any purchase/sale records you choose to log in the profit tracker.
We do not permanently store personally identifiable information about sellers on the marketplaces we monitor (usernames, profile photos, or similar). Our pipeline only retains listing-level product data — title, price, brand, condition, and photos of the item itself.
We share data only with the providers that make the Service work. We don’t sell your data.
Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, rectify, erase (“right to be forgotten”), export (portability), and object to certain processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these, contact support@resellmonitor.com — we aim to respond within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. In Lithuania, this is the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija).
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active, and billing records for as long as required by applicable tax law. Listing analyses that score poorly or fail are purged by an automated cleanup process on an ongoing basis.
If your account is canceled or inactive for 90 days, we may delete your saved listings, watched keywords, and profit-tracker records as described in our Terms of Service.
Data is encrypted in transit, and our infrastructure providers (Supabase, Stripe) encrypt data at rest. Every row in our database is scoped to its owning user through row-level access controls.
We use only functional cookies: one to keep you signed in (managed by Supabase) and one to remember your theme preference. We don’t use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Our service providers may process data outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Where this happens, it is safeguarded by mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses or, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
The Service is not directed at anyone under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
